This zine is part of a collaboration with the Busted Project. Busted is a Maastricht-based initiative founded by medical students Eva and Laura, aiming to create an educative platform on breast cancer awareness, early detection and educating people on how to self-check-up. Together we hosted a workshop and invited participants to learn while also making zines and finding a creative outlet for the information they consumed. To extend the experience to more people, we decided to make the zine templates available to download! Through the zines, everyone gets the chance to bring the information home with them, practise self-checking, and keep using them as a handy tracker for monthly check-ups.
