On Saturday 11 April 2025, I had the joy of hosting a zine-making workshop at the Social Hub on behalf of Pride Maastricht! 

It was an evening of loads of creativity, interesting conversations, and sharing information about the history of zines as well as Pride! Everyone's favorite medium for the night was collaging with some really cool magazines and vintage comic books I have been collecting from the thrift store. 

Pride Maastricht is formed by various activists, feminists and queer people from in and around Maastricht. In honour of the roots of the Pride liberation movement, it is organizd as a protest, made inclusive, and with a focus in centering community and solidarity. 

The Maastricht Pride protest for 2025 will take place on June 28th! See you there!
