On 29 March 2025 I had the joy to co-host a workshop on breast cancer awareness alongside the Busted project! 

Busted is a local initiative founded by medical students Eva and Laura, aiming to create an educative platform on breast cancer awareness, early detection and educating people on how to self-check-up. 

On this workshop, we collaborated to invite participants to learn while also making zines and finding a creative outlet for the information they consumed. Through those zines, everyone also got the chance to bring the information home with them, practise self-checking, and keep using them as a handy tracker for monthly check-ups. 

The day was made even more special from the sharing of everyone's personal stories and experiences and the feeling of togetherness we got to enjoy as a result!
